Dennis & Brenda Bailey submitted this testimony:

We have been married 42 years.  We have had some great times and some difficult times in our marriage.  God has been faithful to bring us through them all.
Our major battle came in the fall of 2004.  Dennis was told he had kidney failure and would need to go on dialysis.  The doctors said he was a good candidate for kidney transplant so we stared the process.  I volunteered to be tested to donate one of my kidneys.  After finding that I was a match we were estatic.  Shortly after that the doctors found a lesion on my kidney that was "suspicious", and they couldn't use me as a donor.  Shannon, our daughter, then volunteered to be tested.  She was a match with no problems so the process began again.
Dennis had to have heart catherization as part of the process.  We found out he had 3 blockages and one was called "a widow maker" because it was instant death.  January 2005 he had a triple heart bypass and recovered great.  After this surgery he had to go on dialysis until the transplant.
June 14, 2006 was his transplant date.  He and Shannon did great!  I saw God's hand in every step of the way, especially how Dennis had changed spiritually.  There are many more miracles God has provided for us  through the years.  We are so grateful for all He has done and for our family at Oasis.  They were there praying, lifting us up, providing needs we had during this time.  We love each and every one here.
